Contact

A question about a forecast, a missing town, or an error on a page? Write to us at contact@weather-au.com — it's the site's only contact address; we don't reply over social media.

If possible, mention the town in question, the page's URL, and the time you noticed the problem: those three details are usually enough to find and fix the error within minutes.

We read every message and usually reply within a few business days; busy periods (storms, heatwaves) can extend that delay.

What we don't do: we don't send personalised forecasts by email or a regular newsletter, and we never replace the official warnings from the Bureau of Meteorology in case of danger.

If your message concerns immediate danger, don't wait for us: contact the Bureau of Meteorology or your country's emergency services directly; we can only be reached about the site itself.
